VibeCode Finish Line is a service of Borrego Business Systems ("we", "us"). This page explains what this website collects and how we use it.
What this site collects
- This site has no accounts and no comment boxes. The only form is the booking form at /book.
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
- If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It is never sent to us.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and protect the site. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
When you book a Check or contact us
When you book a call at /book, you give us your name, email address and the time you picked, plus anything else you choose to add: your business name, a link to your app, the tools you used, where you're stuck and whether you're interested in a founding client spot. If you email us, we receive what you send.
We use this only to schedule and hold your call, to reply to you, to run your Check if you go ahead, and to keep a record of our work together.
How it moves: our booking page checks our own calendar for open times. When you book, the details are added to our Google Calendar as the event for your call, with a Google Meet link, and are sent by email to our team. Your confirmation email and calendar invite are sent through our email provider, Resend. The website itself does not keep a separate copy of your booking.
The form has a hidden field and a short timing check to stop spam bots. It does not use cookies, CAPTCHAs or tracking.

Client projects
Access to your accounts and code during a Check or Sprint is covered by your written agreement with us, not by this page. We ask for access only through each provider's own invite or connect screen, and we never ask you to paste a password.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email and hosting), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep contact details and project records for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@borregobusinesssystems.com.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
